These articles and essays are both historic, dating back to the 1990's, as well as work I am currently producing each month.   I write because I hope that what I have to say will resonate with others on some level or another.  My work is not only concerned with an individuals psychotherapy, because many years ago I realised that we can never take a person out of context.The family history, social setting and zeitgeist of the times, all play a part in our attitudinal well-being. So, I think about many things,writing about what I think and experience. I hope some of it is valuable to you.
